Job description
Confluence Health is seeking a clinically competent registered nurse to deliver individualized home-based care to terminally ill patients and their families using the nursing process under physician direction.
The role requires WA licensure or compact licensure, CPR certification, and solid computer skills. Travel to patient homes is a component of care delivery across the Washington service area.
