Job description
Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to administer skilled nursing care in patients' homes, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and oversee care plans. The role requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, current RN license, CPR, and at least two years of clinical RN experience; hospice/home health preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. On-call duties and coordination across IDT require empathy and resilience.
