Job description
Agape Hospice Care in Georgia seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to administer skilled nursing care for hospice patients in their homes, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure compassionate, patient-centered care. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and revise the plan of care, educate patients and families, and participate in on-call rotations.
A valid RN license, CPR, and at least two years of clinical experience are required; home health or hospice
