Job description
Partners In Recovery LLC in Elkhart, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Hospice Inpatient Unit to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and ensure continuity across shifts.
You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer and supervise holistic care, manage pain with the hospice team, educate patients and families, and mentor junior staff while upholding state regulations.
