Job description
Lifesource-Hospice in Bergen County, NJ seeks an On-Call Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide after-hours support to patients and families. You will triage calls, perform in-person visits for changes in condition, and assist with admissions when needed.
The ideal candidate holds a current NJ RN license, hospice experience, and is comfortable using tablets/EMR; travel across Bergen County is required with reliable transportation.
