Job description
ALC Health Care Services seeks an experienced hospice registered nurse to plan, organize and direct in-home hospice care across home and community settings.
The RN will apply nursing processes, assess patient needs, and collaborate with families to deliver compassionate end‑of‑life care. Current state licensure and CPR are required, with strong communication and ability to work independently within an interdisciplinary team.
