Job description
Rocky Mountain Care Hospice in Murray, Utah seeks an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care across the Salt Lake City area. You will perform skilled visits, assessments, and comfort-focused care for individuals at the end of life.
Join a dedicated interdisciplinary team, coordinate care with physicians and social workers, and maintain precise clinical documentation while supporting patients and families through transition and comfort planning.
