Job description
Bloom Healthcare in Lone Tree, Colorado, is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse PRN to support hospice clients and enhance quality of life. You will deliver nursing care, assess patient needs, and coordinate plans with families and the care team.
The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active CO RN license and strong assessment, communication, and time-management skills. Prior hospice or oncology experience and CHPN are a plus.
