Job description
Abode Hospice of Colorado seeks a PRN Weekend Hospice RN to provide 1:1 patient-centered care in the Denver, CO area. This weekend only schedule offers flexible hours and on-call coverage as needed.
You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer medications, manage symptoms, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, with strong emphasis on documentation and patient comfort.
