Job description
Blue Summit Hospice and Palliative Care in Snellville, GA seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide expert care to terminally ill patients in the home setting and to support families through bereavement.
You will work as a key member of the Hospice team, assessing patient needs, coordinating care with physicians and the IDG, and guiding on-call coverage while upholding HIPAA and compassionate, culturally sensitive practices.
