Job description
CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to administer the physical therapy treatment plan in patients' homes under the guidance of a Physical Therapist and Clinical Manager.
You will perform non-complex manual therapies, document records weekly, participate in in-services, and ensure infection control and safety standards while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team in a community-based setting.
