Position Overview
Harmony Hills Behavioral Health Center is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth assessments of clients through phone or video consultations to identify their immediate needs, strengths, and challenges.
Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating measurable goals that address their specific circumstances.
Provide crisis intervention services to clients in distress, employing techniques to de-escalate situations and promote safety.
Monitor client progress regularly, adapting treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving goals and feedback.
Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment outcomes, and any referrals made to other agencies or services.
Participate in the multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases and contribute to comprehensive care strategies.
Assist in making referrals to both internal and external community resources, facilitating a network of support for clients.
Be prepared to provide testimony in court settings when necessary to advocate for clients’ needs.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The clients you will work with are typically facing a range of challenges, including but not limited to mental health disorders, substance dependence, or the consequences of trauma and violence. Your role is essential in creating a trusting environment where clients feel safe to express their vulnerabilities. This position requires a deep empathy and strong cultural competence to work effectively with diverse populations.
Qualifications
A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Illinois.
Demonstrated clinical experience in providing social work and counseling services, specifically in mental health and addiction recovery.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and team members.
Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for client-centered care.
High ethical standards and a professional approach to confidential matters.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in a detox or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth technologies.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and facilitating case management.
Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
