Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, enabling you to formulate tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
Implement effective therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), providing clients with the tools they need for resilience and recovery.
Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and other confidentiality standards to protect client information and foster an atmosphere of trust.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, ensuring holistic care that addresses the diverse aspects of each client's needs.
Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance your own skills and the effectiveness of our therapeutic approaches.
Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources, empowering them to understand their treatment options and navigate their challenges with confidence.
Stay informed about current research and advancements in the field of mental health, incorporating new findings into your practice for optimal client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus
As an LICSW at our center, you will work primarily with individuals dealing with a range of mental health disorders, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your empathetic approach and specialized knowledge will be instrumental in helping clients transition through difficult times, fostering hope and healing in a supportive setting designed for recovery.
Qualifications
A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, reflecting your commitment to professional excellence.
An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State, underscoring your qualifications and dedication to your craft.

Compensation and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive an annual salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience.
