Job description
United Church Homes, Inc. is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Trinity Community in Fairborn to coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care for about 25 residents.
You will administer medications, perform routine treatments, and collaborate with RNs to assess and plan ongoing care.
