Job description
Dignity Health Medical Group in California is seeking an LVN to deliver direct patient care within a compassionate clinic setting. You will assess patients, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement individualized plans for optimal outcomes.
Ideal candidates hold a CA LVN license, completion of an LVN program, a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, and strong communication and patient-safety focus in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
