At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we prioritize the mental wellness of our patients in a supportive outpatient environment. We place a high value on collaboration, continuous learning, and nurturing a workplace culture where every team member feels valued and empowered.

Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic and integrated care for each patient.

Provide crisis intervention for patients during trauma-related emergencies and develop coping strategies to manage acute stress reactions.

Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available support resources to foster empowerment.

Document patient interactions and treatment plans meticulously in compliance with legal and ethical standards while maintaining confidentiality.

Engage in professional development through case consultations, team meetings, and accessing relevant continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily serves individuals seeking healing from trauma-related issues at our Hospice Center. You will work with diverse clients who have experienced significant emotional and psychological distress due to past traumas. By employing trauma-sensitive methodologies, your goal will be to guide these patients towards recovery, resilience, and improved mental well-being.

Qualifications

Skills: Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for effective patient engagement.

Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and a collaborative spirit enabling teamwork with various professionals.

Preferred Experience

At least 2 years of post-licensure experience, particularly within trauma-focused therapeutic settings.

Comfort and familiarity with delivering trauma-informed care, along with a track record of implementing trauma-specific therapeutic modalities.
