Job description
Angels Care Home Health seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver home health services in the United States. You will perform clinical assessments, develop and adjust plans of care, and work with care teams to support patient independence.
Responsibilities include documenting progress notes, applying infection control measures, and assessing physical, social, and cultural aspects of each patient’s environment. CPR and Hepatitis B clearance, plus knowledge of DME, are required.
