Job description
FREEHOLD HEALTH AND WELLNESS LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients, discuss therapy needs, and design customized treatment plans. You will coordinate with the care team to arrange follow-up care and educate patients on lifestyle changes to support recovery.
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, organizational skills, and a compassionate approach, able to manage multiple cases daily while maintaining excellent documentation.
