Job description
Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston seeks an Oncology Nurse Navigator to provide individualized guidance to patients and families, using the nursing process to assess needs, educate, and coordinate care across the cancer continuum. The ONN works in a patient-centered, compassionate environment and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team.
Primary duties include patient education, call triage, program evaluation, QA/QI projects, and supporting research activities.
