Job description
Warren Center is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. You will design and implement personalized treatment plans to promote independence, safety, and quality of life for residents.
As part of the care team, you will educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, monitor progress, and maintain accurate patient records to ensure optimal outcomes.
