Job description
AdviniaCare is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary rehab team. You will design and implement personalized treatment plans to help residents regain independence and safety.
Collaborate with rehabilitation staff, educate residents and families on exercises, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records of patient care. License required; strong teamwork and communication are essential for success.
