Job description
Coastal Home Health & Hospice is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to provide home health and hospice PT services under physician supervision. The role requires a degree in Physical Therapy and Oregon licensure, with BLS certification and prior related experience preferred.
The therapist will evaluate patients, develop and implement care plans, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals in a rural setting. Relocation options may be available.
