Job description
Pine Acres Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled rehabilitative services. You will work with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team to maximize resident outcomes while complying with regulatory and documentation requirements.
