Job description
GreenLight ABA in Eloy, AZ is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with ASD in home and community settings. You will conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision and help families implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans.
This role offers paid trainings, a competitive hourly pay range ($23–$30 per hour) depending on experience, benefits for full-time staff, and ongoing mentorship.
