Job description
Viva Senior Living in Winchester, TN, is seeking a Resident Care Associate to provide direct care and support to residents, assist with daily living activities, and communicate changes in residents’ conditions to the Resident Care Director.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to read/write/speak English, compassion for residents, and adherence to facility policies and the Resident Bill of Rights. Flexibility for occasional on-call and emergency drills is expected.
