Job description
The Arc of San Diego is seeking a Residential Specialist to provide person-centered care in a home setting at Lakeside. This role helps clients engage in daily activities, gain independence, and live more fulfilling lives with a supportive team.
Schedule: Thurs-Sat 7a-3p.
Pay:
$20.00 to $20.65 per hour. Candidates should be compassionate, adaptable, and reliable with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
