Job description
Cornell Care & Rehabilitation Center invites a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and help design individualized care plans to support recovery in a rehabilitation setting.
Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will monitor patient conditions, document progress, and support families through transition and discharge planning while upholding our standards of compassion and clinical excellence.
