Job description
Elcor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Horseheads, NY is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs to support residents' health and comfort.
As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will develop and implement individualized care plans, maintain accurate records, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance our care services.
