Job description
Plaza West Healthcare & Rehab in Topeka, KS is seeking a Registered Nurse RN to provide exceptional nursing care to residents. You will work with our team of healthcare professionals and receive training and support.
Responsibilities include medication administration, patient assessment, documentation, mentoring junior staff, and safeguarding resident rights. We offer shift differential, tuition reimbursement, PTO, a 401k plan, life/health insurance and Daily Pay.
