Job description
Complete Care at Cedar Grove is seeking an experienced RN MDS Coordinator to lead MDS assessments and coordinate care planning for residents in a long‑term care setting. You will guide interdisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and support accurate billing with a focus on high‑quality resident care.
The role requires an active NJ RN license, an appropriate nursing degree, and at least 2 years of MDS experience, with LPNs eligible for consideration.
