Job description
Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The SLP will assess referred patients, develop and monitor treatment plans, and educate patients and families in a long-term care setting.
Must hold a TN license and graduate from an accredited program. Collaboration with all disciplines, thorough documentation, and confidentiality are essential to our patient-centered care approach.
