Job description
Freedom Home Health and Hospice Care Services Inc. seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to implement standards of care for speech-language pathology services within the home health setting.
You will evaluate patients, design plans of care, administer therapy, and coordinate with physicians to ensure comprehensive treatment. The role requires a master’s or doctoral degree in SLP, current CPR certification, licensure/eligibility, and at least one year of clinical experience.
