Job description
Blossom Care Center in Ohio is seeking a compassionate STNA for a full-time, day-shift position (7a-7p). You will provide direct nursing care under a nurse's direction and perform essential resident care tasks across transportation, hygiene, nutrition, and vital signs, while documenting observations for timely reporting.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and an active CNA certification in the state; LTC experience is preferred to support our residents' dignity and comfort daily.
