Job description
Vaco has partnered with a growing organization undergoinga significant transformation of its global compensation function. As a result, they are seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst Consultant with strong Xactly and sales compensation expertise.
Job Title: Compensation Analyst Consultant
Location: Remote (PST preferred)
Pay Rate: $50 - $65 per hour
Project Duration: 3-6+ months
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities Include:
Build and maintain compensation forecasting models for new and existing incentive plans
Evaluate and improve compensation administration workflows and processes
Design and model sales compensation plans based on bookings, recurring revenue, and payout tiers
Analyze commission plans and validate payouts against bookings and revenue metrics
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
5+ years of compensation, sales compensation, or incentive compensation experience
Hands-on expertise with Xactly required
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
