Job description
Morgan Stanley’s Rewards & Analytics team seeks a Compensation Vice President to support the Wealth Management Division. This role combines traditional compensation execution with an expectation to help automate, modernize, and scale how insights are delivered.
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $160,000 and $221,500 per year at the commencement of employment. Base pay may vary and total compensation can include incentives and discretionary bonuses.
