You'll partner across HR, Finance, Legal, HRIS, and business leadership to develop practical, scalable compensation solutions that support the business today and position us for future growth.

This role offers a mix of strategic project work and day-to-day consulting, with ownership of key compensation programs, processes, and initiatives.

Maintain compensation policies, governance, career frameworks, and documentation that promote consistency and scalability.

Conduct market pricing, compensation analyses, and pay equity reviews to support business decisions.

Lead compensation-related projects and identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and system capabilities.

Serve as the compensation subject matter expert for Workday, partnering with HRIS on system enhancements and reporting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Experience using Workday (preferred)

Projected Salary Range: $93,000-$105,000
