Job description
SNI has partnered with a large public company in north Dallas seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst for a special project. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of analysis, modeling, and reporting within compensation. Advanced Excel skills. This role is onsite 5 days a week. Hourly compensation in the 50-70 an hour range.
Base and variable compensation programs
Workday and MarketPay experience
CCP strongly preferred
Analysis of short-term incentive programs
Creating reports and designing compensation dashboards
