Job description
Orion seeks a Senior Manager, Compensation to own Orion's core annual compensation deliverables, including merit cycles, market pricing, bonus payments, and sales compensation plans. You will lead a two-person team within the HR Business Partner organization and ensure on-time delivery of critical processes.
You will partner with HRBPs and Finance to drive data-driven pay decisions, build dashboards, and communicate clearly with leaders.
