Job description
Snap Inc. is seeking a Compensation Program Manager to own end-to-end compensation cycles, including base, bonus, and equity, for a portfolio of G&A client groups.
You will partner with Finance, Legal, HRBPs, and People Tech to design and roll out programs while championing AI-enabled workflows and scalable enablement resources. You will analyze market trends using benchmarking tools to inform pay positioning, build manager guides, FAQs, and executive-ready presentations, and help elevate equity
