Complex Assistant Director of Revenue

We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and collaborative Complex Assistant Director of Revenue to support our complex property’s revenue optimization efforts across Rooms, F&B, Spa, and ancillary revenue streams.
About the Role
The Assistant Director of Revenue plays a key role in driving topline performance by analyzing market trends, optimizing pricing strategies, and supporting long‑term revenue growth. This leader partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution of revenue strategies that elevate both profitability and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Director of Revenue in developing and executing pricing, distribution, and inventory strategies for Nobu Hotel and Eden Roc.
Analyze market trends, competitive performance, and demand patterns to recommend strategic actions.
Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reporting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
Manage OTA channels, rate parity, and distribution optimization to maximize visibility and conversion.
Lead strategy discussions with cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment on revenue goals and business priorities.
Monitor group pace, transient performance, and channel mix to identify risks and opportunities.
Support budgeting and long‑term planning processes with accurate data insights and projections.
Ensure systems accuracy across RMS, PMS, CRS, and channel management platforms.
Champion a culture of data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of hotel revenue management experience in a luxury or full‑service environment.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue systems, forecasting tools, and Excel.
Experience with Duetto, Opera, SynXis, or similar systems preferred.
Proven ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑property environment.
