Job description
OptumCare is seeking a Complex Care Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant) to join our team in Denver, CO. The role involves conducting comprehensive wellness visits, possible home visits for high-risk patients, and travel throughout the Denver area.
