Job description
Summa Health is seeking a Complex Care Clinic Physician to deliver team-based, outpatient primary care for a panel of 400+ medically complex patients, emphasizing value-based, population health management and care coordination across the care continuum.
The position is full-time, 1.0 FTE, Monday through Friday with no weekends, primarily based at 75 Arch Street, Akron, OH, with some satellite facility coverage as needed. Join robust interdisciplinary teams serving high-need patients.
