Job Description:
Supervise maintenance operations for the hotel Courtyard Rocky Mount and Residence Inn Rocky Mount Hotels,
Supervise assigned associates including hiring, termination, discipline, development, and evaluations.
Ensure all projects are completed on time and according to specifications.
Work closely with other departments to ensure coordination of activities.
Develop and maintain an ongoing preventive maintenance program.
Maintain standards of quality guest service.
Participate in the preparation of the annual hotel budget.
Requirements
Effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
Ability to accurately report information.
Ability to scrupulously follow all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures.
Attend required meetings.
Conveys company information, decision, or problems to appropriate parties on a timely basis.
Minimum lifting of 70 pounds.
Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
Hearing, writing, typing.
Minimum pulling of 70 pounds.
CPR training required; first aid training preferred.
