SDV Fenchurch, a global law firm built exclusively to represent policyholders in complex insurance coverage and commercial disputes, is seeking a Complex Commercial Litigation Associate for its Naples, FL office (with hybrid and remote flexibility across the US).
Key Eligibility Criteria
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active admission to the Florida Bar (admission to additional jurisdictions is a plus).
3+ years of experience in insurance coverage, commercial litigation, construction litigation, or similarly complex matters.
Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and advocacy skills.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Analyze complex insurance coverage issues and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and advocacy materials.
Conduct and defend depositions, handle written discovery, and manage motion practice.
Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Collaborate with clients, senior attorneys, and cross-office teams while mentoring junior staff.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Compensation: $160,000 - $250,000+ plus annual bonus opportunities (based on experience, qualifications, and business generation potential).
Mode: Full-Time (Hybrid preferred in Naples, FL; open to remote candidates within the US).
