Complex Litigation Attorney | Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego (Hybrid)
My client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a Litigation Attorney specializing in Auto Defense, to join its highly regarded California litigation team. The Opportunity
This attorney will independently manage a diverse litigation caseload while working alongside highly respected litigators on complex matters involving:
Auto and transportation defense
General liability litigation
Personal injury claims
Catastrophic injury matters
Responsibilities include managing cases from inception through resolution, taking and defending depositions, attending court appearances and mediations, developing litigation strategy, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
Qualifications
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing in California
3-8 years of defense litigation experience
Experience handling personal injury, transportation, auto, general liability, or catastrophic injury matters preferred
Strong writing, communication, and client-management skills
Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
Compensation
Base Salary: $165,000 - $210,000+ depending on experience, plus bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.
