Unemployment Claims CoordinatorIt's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Oversee unemployment insurance function on behalf of HR-1 customers to control unemployment insurance costs. As the Unemployment Claims Coordinator you'll help manage day-to-day activities related to unemployment claims, including:Communicate with HR-1 customers to collect information related to employee separationsReviewing unemployment insurance claims and state agency correspondenceGather and organize information from HR-1 systems as well as customer locations and departmentsComplete responses to unemployment agencies regarding claims and fact-finding requestsTrack claim deadlines, schedule hearings, and record determinations.Maintain accurate and organized unemployment claim filesAssisting with the preparation of documentation for unemployment hearings and appealsPrepare reports and track claim activityAdditional Responsibilities:Conduct research on state, local, and federal laws, as directed by Compliance Leadership.Produce and maintain reports and HR-related data for decision-making.Qualifications:At least one year experience in a business/professional roleStrong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.Detail oriented and capable of independent workExcellent research and analytical skills.Experience with HR information systemsAbility to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and discretion.Preferred:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years' experience in unemployment claims managementAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
