Job description
Suffolk Construction is seeking a Compliance Lead in New York, NY to monitor and manage workforce compliance on assigned projects. You will work with project teams and the Trade Partner Advancement group to ensure M/W/VBE participation and adherence to relevant regulations.
Responsibilities include tracking metrics in LCPtracker and Salesforce, serving as liaison for subcontractors, and coordinating regional outreach and diversity initiatives to strengthen workforce pipelines.
