Job description
Universal 1 Credit Union in Dayton, OH seeks an experienced Compliance Manager to lead the bank's BSA/AML/OFAC program. You will serve as the designated BSA Officer, perform transaction monitoring and investigations, and prepare regulatory filings.
You will extend compliance beyond BSA/AML, reviewing procedures, conducting monitoring, providing staff training, and maintaining program documentation to support regulatory change and a strong member experience.
