We are partnering with an established precision manufacturing company in Lehigh County, PA to hire a Compliance Manager. This is a newly created role to support growth.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting to senior site leadership. You will own the quality management system first and environmental, health, and safety compliance second.
Pay:
$75,000 to $110,000 base plus bonus. On-site. Relocation negotiable for the right candidate.
What you'll do
Maintain and improve the QMS to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer requirements
Lead internal, customer, and third-party audits and drive corrective actions
Manage document control and support the use of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA
Manage the ISO 14001 environmental system, permits, waste, and stormwater compliance
Ensure OSHA compliance, including LOTO, hazard communication, machine guarding, and PPE
Track regulatory requirements and report compliance risk to leadership
What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5 to 8 years in compliance, quality, xhqgsiq safety, or manufacturing systems
Working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHA
Experience with Automotive Core Tools and strong auditing skills
Machining or automotive manufacturing background
Preferred: IATF or ISO Lead Auditor, OSHA 30, CSP, or CHMM
