Job description
The Arc, Oneida-Lewis Chapter seeks a Compliance/Quality Assurance Manager to oversee compliance and QA across Community and Family Services in Oneida and Lewis Counties. You will monitor billing, service documentation, and regulatory requirements, while guiding staff and coordinating reviews.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Human Services, 5+ years in developmental disabilities, QIDP credentials, and strong organizational skills to drive policy and quality improvements.
